What we collect
When you fill in the form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, work email, company name, website, industry, team size, how many leads you get, where you track leads, and what you tell us about your lead problems. We also keep the campaign tags in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if you arrived from a link that had them.
When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and the time you pick. If we meet, we may record the call with Fathom so we have accurate notes, and we tell you at the start of the call.
How we use it
- To reply to you, follow up and book a call.
- To keep a record of our conversation in our CRM.
- To decide how well our service fits your business. We use an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to read your form answers and score the fit.
- To prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to set up and run your service.
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Who handles it for us
We use these providers to run the business: Fillout (forms), Cal.com (booking), HubSpot (CRM), Google Workspace (email), Trigger.dev and Cloudflare (running our automations and this site), Anthropic (AI scoring and drafting), and Fathom (call notes). Each one processes your details only to provide its service to us.
Cookies
This site doesn't set its own tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (cf_clearance) to tell people apart from bots, and the spam check on the form and the booking tool may set cookies they need to work.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we're talking with you or working together. Ask us and we'll delete them, unless we have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or tell us to stop emailing you. Reply to any of our emails or write to lokesh@earlydash.com.
